Whether your photo is faded from age, was eaten by the family pet, or scribbled on or torn in pieces, we can help you return your photo to 'new'... digitally. This allows you to easily share your restored photo with family, or use it in photo books, or order photo prints or gifts!

Snap a photo of your photo and text it to us at 515-232-8050 or email us at photosynthesisia@gmail.com to request an estimate. We will reply with the cost to digitally repair your photograph so you can continue with your order online. You'll need to make sure you get a good scan of your image first to get the best results. Your local copy shop can scan it for you if you are uncertain how to do this. We also recommend scanning at a higher resolution to give you flexibility later for printing a larger iamge should you want one.
Alternately, bring your photo to PhotoSynthesis and we can scan it for you to be returned when your order is complete. If you mail your photo, we will return it to you at no extra charge. Most photo restorations are $29-$39, and the range of pricing is from $19-$69. Some photos that may only be faded can be done for even less than $19. And once we quote you, the price may end up being lower than the quote, but if it is higher due to things we couldn't see before scanning, we will call for approval before we begin restoring your image. And when you hire PhotoSynthesis to do your photo restoration work, you receive unlimited revisions to make sure you love the results.
Once you approve your photo restoration work, we will finalize your order. When your order is complete, we will upload your new file to our website for you to download to your computer, order prints or photo gifts using the image, or whatever you'd like! It is your file to do with as you choose.
Need a digital photo altered? PhotoSynthesis also has extensive experience with photo enhancement and photo retouching work. We can add or remove people from your photo realistically. We don't add extra fingers or toes. :) Do you have a large family group photo that doesn't allow you to frame it in a standard frame without cutting off the people on the sides? We can solve your problem! Your photo can work in any frame when we digitally add to your photo, allowing it to have the space it needs to work in your frame. We also remove braces, improve skin, add hair, remove hair... really anything you'd like we can help you with!
